hi moparcraft

today i will be making a tutorial on how to play minecraft without java so u can play on a school computer (like me) to make it portable (wooooot!) and what ever you want to do with it!

ok first of all you need to download winrar, 7zip, winzip (i use winrar)

7zip http://www.7-zip.org/download.html
winzip (google it lol sorry cbf finding it)

ok now download these file's:

The minecraft.exe http://dl.dropbox.com/u/12527604/projects/minecraft/minecraft_portable/release/2.6_final/MinecraftPortable2.6.zip
the Java Binaries http://dl.dropbox.com/u/12527604/projects/minecraft/minecraft_portable/release/JavaPortable.zip
The .minecraft file's (to play offline! and has mod's (press E for everything)) on its way!
Uploaded with dropbox.com and my website filehosterz.tk

Installing it!

1. ok first make a folder called minecraft
2. extract the minecraft.exe
3. run it and u should see a new file be created
4. now open up the Java Binary files and extract it to the new file that was made
5. now go on and login!! (if u want to play off line then extract the .minecraft files from above into the new file created!)
6. enjoy!

How to Make it portable!

1. put the minecraft file into your usb or hdd
2. start and play!!

Dont know whether to trust this or not, not that i would use it either way as i dont really need to run it without java

But if this does work im sure you can understand my skepticism.

err minecraft can't be playes w/o java, uninstall all of your java and then try again.
I use a minecraft.exe too but it runs java files.

im playing on my school computer and i cant install java... ill make a video that i dont have java too ok

If your school doesn't have Java installed, the administrator should be shot.

And anyway, this still uses Java so the topic is misleading.

it is most def using java. if ur school computers are windows xp pro(idk all the OSes that come like this) then a jre is installed during installation(if this isnt true im sorry thats just what i know from experience. i say a jre folder somewhere in the windows sub directory system), its not up to date obviously. just b/c the file extension says exe doesnt mean anything. exe is generic extension for executible applications. it can be java wrapped in some executible program or what ever. i know of a few programs that do similar things i just cant remember what they are called, for some reason i think one is something like pup... i wish my memory was better...

i meant by no java is that if u want install java to ur c:/ this can help you to play i didnt mean nojava at all so can some1 help me change the heading around and ill get rid of the google.com links mka?
